Great property with everything needed to make a great vacation. Loved the heated floors throughout the house, washer & dryer, plenty of space, even a garage. Could have used more towels. The hot tub was a huge hit!!!!

Clean/Excellent Stay

The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and all of our shopping needs were met by nearby stores. In all, this home made our visit to Northern Idaho a delightful experience. We could not have been more comfortable! This was our second stay at this home and hope to come back. The addition of the jacuzzi was wonderful!!!

Another excellent family get together with my sons & daughter-in-law & their friends. This home works so well with space for everyone. The hot tub is a great end to the day, very relaxing. The host answers any question within half an hour or less! It’s a great property!!

Quiet little Neighborhood

It was a nice little house in a quiet little neighborhood. We did ride our bikes from the house to the local riverside trail with only needing to be on the main road briefly but it is really just outside the bike friendly area of Sandpoint. MTB trails are a short drive away and plenty of food/grocery options. While the windows are fairly well sound insulated it is worth mentioning that it is about 250 yards away from the major east/west rail line and get a train about every other hour throughout the night so no sleeping with the door open
