Located on the pristine traffic free section of the Worlds Most Famous Beach, in the heart of Prestigious Ponce Inlet, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect place to relax! Beautifully updated and well appointed, this unit will not disappoint! Primary Suite has King bed, Guest Bedroom has 1 Full and 1 Twin bed. Catch every sunrise from the oceanfront balcony ! Kitchen is fully equipped for dining in or visit one of the many local waterfront restaurants in the area!

The property features a commumity pool located on the southside of the building so it gets sun all day,, covered parking, BBQ grills, and seating on the seaside deck. Each condo has a washer and dryer located inside the unit. South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse,, Marine Science Center , Fishing Fleet and Nature walks. South Point is a weekly rental building. Sorry, this building does not allow pets. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

Great condo/Great location

I loved this condo. First floor and very convenient to elevator, parking and stairs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Furnishings were nice, kitchen stocked with all essentials, lots of bath towels and nice washer and dryer. I would recommend upgrading the very uncomfortable mattress in the master and getting better linens for the bed. The bed linens had a ton of piling on the sheets and were very uncomfortable. We finally figured out to turn fitted sheet inside out which made it a little better. Vacuum cleaner was broken too. I don't typically want to vacuum on vacation but it would have been nice to be able to have it to help get up some of the sand. None of these negative things would deter me from staying in this condo again. And bring your bug spray! Lots of bugs coming from the bushes near balcony. They need to dig those things up!

Beautiful condo and beach

This condo is a perfect place to enjoy the beach and also to experience different beach restaurants. Everything you need is in a short distance - even a walk or bikeride! We will be back!
