You’re literally steps from the Atlantic Ocean and just a short walk to the historic Racing’s North Turn Beach Bar and Grill and Ponce Preserve Park. You are also only a short drive to a number of other wonderful waterfront restaurants, ice cream shops, marinas, Ponce Inlet Jetty (great for fishing), fishing charters, boat rentals, nature walks, the Halifax River, and the infamous Ponce de Leon Lighthouse and Museum. When you are ready to finally sink your toes into the soft white sands and feel the breeze on your sun-kissed skin, hop on the elevator down or walk only two flights of stairs to the private and direct beach access. On your way to the beach, you can stop by and take a plunge into one of the two oceanfront swimming pools and then rinse off in the outdoor freshwater shower. You will love being on the no-drive traffic-free section of this gorgeous white sand beach, making it great for kids, basking in the sun, playing a game of bocce ball, and true relaxation. When you’ve fully soaked in Mother Nature’s splendor, retreat back into your air-conditioned condo and take in the magnificent views from your oversized balcony, which runs the whole oceanfront of the condo. The balcony is directly off both the family room and master bedroom and has two very comfortable chaise lounges and a bar-height table with chairs. In addition to offering spectacular views, it is the perfect place to listen to the sounds of the ocean while drinking your morning coffee or sipping an icy sunset drink Come escape the stressors of everyday life in this almost 1,400 sq. ft. split floor plan, boasting an open kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full-sized laundry room. The large kitchen is open to the family room with direct views of the ocean and comes fully equipped with all you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has an in-suite bathroom with an easy-to-access shower with grab bars, a walk-in closet, direct access to the balcony, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with two full beds and the other with a king-size bed. The guest bathroom has two sinks and a bathtub with shower. In total, there are comfortable beds for up to 8 people. In addition, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer, brand new water heater, private WI-FI, internet, a large comfortable couch with chaise and 2 recliners to watch TV, (2) Amazon Fire Sticks, board games, cards, books, DVD movies, cable TV in all three bedrooms, and a computer monitor with HDMI cord if needed. All linens are provided, including beach towels. The unit has (4) beach chairs and (2) bikes for use during your stay. The kitchen has a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker; plus, all you need to prepare your food, including a crock pot, blender, George Foreman grill, and more.
