  • This quiet beachside property is located steps away from the beach. This unit located on the fifth floor with direct views of the ocean from your large double balcony! Both front rooms provide an amazing view of the ocean.

    The large balcony is great for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee while watching the incredible sunrises over the ocean. You can even view the many launches from Cape Canaveral from the balcony.

    Enjoy the views of the ocean when sitting anywhere in the living room while watching your favorite shows on a large flat screen TV.

    Primary Suite has a King bed, bathroom and vanity area, balcony access, and a Flat screen TV. Primary bathroom has a shower and tub combo.

    Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, large closet, brand new ceiling fan and a Flat screen TV. Second bathroom has a shower tub combo.

    Directly across the street is the boardwalk and a free parking lot providing quick and easy access for a relaxing day at the beach. The unit provides beach chairs and towels for your convenience. If you need a change of pace, an inground pool is located right on premise for you enjoyment. Don't feel like cooking, Jerry's restaurant & Tiki Bar is right next door as well as other great restaurants that are just a short drive away.

    The historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Fishing Fleet and Jetty are located within 1/2 mile of the property, as well as several waterfront restaurants. If looking for outdoor activities, check out the Ocean Inlet Surf shop directly across the street where you can rent bikes, paddle boards and kayaks.
