I would not call this hotel ‘upscale’. My room was squeaky clean so I gave it a good rating but the furniture was wobbly and knocked, the curtains and walls were stained, the bathroom sinks and tub had visible cracks, the hooks to hang the towels didn’t work so the towels kept falling on the floor. There was no tea/coffee in the room. When I asked if there was laundry services nearby the front desk staff fibbed and told me that information would be in my room, it wasn’t there. I have no issue staying in a basic room, just don’t advertise it as upscale and then present something else.

Perfection! We loved staying at the Hoel Forum, the staff are wonderful, the location is directly across from the entrance to Pompeii, the breakfast buffet is outstanding and the garden atmosphere is simply beautiful! This is THE PLACE to stay when visiting Pompeii!!

Beautiful hotel opposite Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, the standard of the hotel throughout was high, parking though not on site was only a couple of minutes walk away. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and breakfast had a fabulous choice. Would totally return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
