"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. "I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system. The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"Perfect holiday spot! Professional and helpful staff looking after guest with care. Close to the old town of Nessebar, beach and beach clubs - Cacao Beach and Bedroom Beach. Brekkie was ok but could be more diverse for longer stays and more fruits would be nice. Overall great stay :)"

"Bathroom was blocked and even though we reported that problem this was never fixed. Spiderwebs was covered with curtains installed, obvious signs of rarely cleaning. Room wasn’t clean regularly."

"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. The buffet meals had a fantastic selection and plenty of it! Tea and coffee was freely available at breakfast as well as juices and water. All the staff were friendly and the restaurant staff were exceptional. There is a walkway that leads directly onto the beach so no crossing the road! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."
