"Hotel posizionato sul lungomare di torvaianica, parcheggio non presente, possibilità di parcheggiare lungo strada a pagamento. Reception ben tenuta e molto carina, non si può dire la stessa cosa della camera che è risultata sporca (un telo da bidet trovato in camera sotto un letto al nostro arrivo) e poco curata ( profilo interno della porta del bagno inesistente per due terzi, placca della serranda non pervenuta è una tapparella che non si abbassava…) Ciliegina sulla torta musica a tutto volume...

"Non essendoci indirizzi email volevo segnalare che la struttura non e' attiva pur avendo ricevuro la conferma della prenotazione sono andata sul posto,con a seguito 2 bimbi e ho trovato cancellocjiuso.Ho provato a chiamare sia la struttura che il serv clienti expedia ma non sono riuscita a parlare con nessuno. soltamto alle 21.38 la struttira mi manda email di prenotazione cancellata. trovo tutto cio' scandaloso e da un portale come expedia ,conodciuto in tutto il mondo ,non posso tollerare...
