Recommend for families

Our stay at Cronwell Sermilia was great. The hotel itself is rather small which means the distance between the rooms, swimming pool and beach is negligible. To break things down: Hotel service: excellent, all the staff speak at least Greek and English and are very pleasant, polite and helpful. Animation team: Simply the best. My 4 year old twins absolutely loved the activities which meant the adults could have some time off. Food: Good variety with lots of Greek dishes. Fruits were particularly good. Location: Within the village of Psakoudia, ideal for small families. Beach: Very clean, warm water. My only complaint is the fact that the beach beds are too close to each other. Room: We had a room with beach/pool view which was spacious. Very clean. Overall a good hotel if you want to relax and be next to the sea. It is not as fancy as Sani or Eagles Palace but has so many advantages the holiday was a great success.

Katastrofe kan ikke gøre det.... Jeg ved simpelthen ikke hvor jeg skal starte... Vi kommer ind i receptionen og personalet snakker indbyrdes og først 5 minutter efter havde de tid til at tale med os... Da vi kom ind på værelset var der beskidt. Intet var gjort rent og der var ikke laner på sengen for ikke at beskrive deres daglige "rengøring" en tør moppe bliver kørt over gulvet og pudderne blanket på plads... Alt andet er uskiftet... Det er fuldstændig til grin. Vi ankommer og har All inklusive, hvorefter en af tjenerne, efter at vi har drukket flere øl og vinglas, fortæller at det koster penge at drikke disse ting. Vi er dybt forarget.... Ingen af personalet kan smile eller sige hej og taler engelsk så dårligt at man nærmest ikke kan forstå dem. Ubehøvlet gæster blev ikke dæmpet af personalet selv efter forespørgsel. Små drenge grupper som ikke boede på hotellet kom og brugte svømmingpoolen og blev ikke smidt væk af personalet selvom vi havde bedt om det. KATASTROFE er ikke nok, men det bliver mine sidste ord. HOLD JER VÆK FRA DETTE "5* HOTEL"

Μας εκαναν δωρεαν αναβάθμιση σε σουιτα.Πεντακαθαρο ξενοδοχειο.Απολυτη ηχομόνωση.Ευγενικο προσωπικο.Αρκετα νοστιμο το φαγητο.Μπαρ με υπεροχη θεα στη ταρατσα.Το πρόγραμμα all inclusive πολυ καλο καθως περιειχε ολων των ειδων τους καφεδες,δωρεαν παγωτο σχεδον ολη την ημερα κ.α. τα οποια δεν ισχυουν σε αλλα ξενοδοχεία με το αναλογο πραγραμμα.Το μονο αρνητικό ηταν το πάρκινγκ το οποιο ηταν πισω απο το ξενοδοχειο σε μια απεριποιητη αλανα που δεν εδινε την αίσθηση της ασφάλειας.

Sehr enttäuschend, laut, überfüllt.

Das Hotel ist sauber und die Angestellten grundsätzlich auch bemüht. Das war es dann auch schon. Bevor man dieses Hotel bucht muss man sich bewusst sein, dass hier hauptsächlich osteuropäische Familien mit Kleinkindern sind, die bereits in der Früh mit Bier starten. Die Kinder haben jeden Abend Kinderdisko während die Eltern am Trinken sind. Das Essen ist das schrecklichste überhaupt, alles wurde irgendwie zusammengemischt, teilweise vom Vortag. Alles war kalt und ölig. Das einzige was man essen konnte waren die kalten Salate. Der Strand ladet nicht zum baden ein, es ist überfüllt, laut und dreckig. Wir sind deshalb den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen und nur zum Schlafen heimgekommen. Für uns definitiv nie wieder dieses Hotel!!!

Hoch anzurechnen ist ein ultra einfaches Ein und Auschecken sowie kostenloses Zimmer- Upgrade. Der Ort klein, ruhig und herzig. Nicht geeignet für die Leute welche auf die Partys stehen. In Bezug aufs Essen hätte ich für ein fünf Sterne Hotel bei warmen Gerichten mehr mediterraner Flair und ein größeren Auswahl an Früchten erwartet.

Staff is very friendly, lovely clean room and very comfortable. Dinner was a little repetative but none the less delicious. The area doesn’t have a lot to offer without a car only a couple of restaurants and some very small convenience stores

Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. D’abord, pas de vrai parking et aucun accueil. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, mais le personnel n’est visiblement pas bien formé et le service en général n’est pas au niveau. Mais le pire c’est la musique jusqu’à 2 h, voir une jusqu’à 4 h du matin : impossible de dormir. Deux nuits pendant notre séjour la musique venait du “Sky bar” de l’hotel et les autres nuits des boîtes et établissements situés à côté: le résultat toujours le même, bruit incessant. Si vous avez le malheur de séjourner à cet hôtel, au moins prenez une chambre SANS vue mer, puisque le bruit vient plutôt du côté mer. Sinon, repas moyenne qualité et toujours les memes plats proposés au dîner buffet. À éviter

Close to the beach, not a 5* hotel

We had 3 nights stay here with my wife and hope to had an amazing stay but how disappointed we were after first night... Hotel itself was fine, nice and clean, looks like it was build or refurbishment not more than year or so. Huge fail was with entertainment. Just one night it was something that could be called like interesting. Other days were just nothing. You have no option to go some where to spend your evening with pleasure because it's a small village with couple of cafes(local taverns) that have nothing attractive that want you to come over and stay for a while. Selection of food is really average, it was very nice decorated but taste of it was not so good and was expecting much better from the 5* hotel. Waiters in restaurant had no any idea about what they were doing. Every single time I saw them standing together, laughing and discuss something while people who were airing in restaurant had more than 2 empty plates on the table. I didn't ever see this even in 3* hotels. Should say that it was pleasure to stay in sky bar on 7th floor, amazing view and nice selection of drinks. It was really cool. But again they could play some good music or live entertainment. People came here for holiday, they want to spend their money but hotel doesn't have facilities for it (I don't want to sit in quite and just drink something, it looks wrong) Hope that management will be able to find this review useful and hopefully they will do something to make their hotel much better

Liegt nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt im netten Ort Psakoudia. Bis auf eine Dame am letzten Tag an der Rezeption sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Zimmer und Hotel generell sehr sauber. Hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Leider entspricht das Hotel ansonsten eher guten 3 Sternen, auf keinen Fall 5, der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Besonderer Kritikpunkt: Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension). Sowohl Frühstücks- als auch Abendbuffet waren unglaublich lieblos. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag das gleiche, beim Abendessen war Abwechslung vor allem bei den Vorspeisen kaum vorhanden. Leider war auch die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen sehr niedrig und in keinerweise einem 5* Hotel angemessen. Nachmittags gab es noch in der Skybar den "Afternoon tea". Groß angepriesen, in der Realität sehr ernüchternd. D.h. es stehen 3 Sorten billig Teebeutel zur Auswahl, dazu gibt es ein paar Plätzchen aus der Großbäckerei. Alles in allem Massenware, der Blick ist aber sehr schön. Weitere Kritikpunkt: das Zimmermädchen schaffte es nicht jedesmal, die Türe richtig hinter sich zuzuiehen, sodass wir Abends auch ohne Karte in das Zimmer konnten, die Türe war nur angelehnt. Ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko. Zwischendrin hat sie an einem Tag sich auch gar nicht in unserem Zimmer blicken lassen - Immerhin war dafür auch die Türe zu... Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass vor allem Familien aus Serbien, Russland und Bulgarien das Hotel besuchen, es kann daher auch mal lauter werden

Άψογη επιλογή

Το ξενοδοχείο ενδείκνυται για οικογένειες και όχι μόνο. Φαίνεται πως είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και χαρακτηρίζεται από λιτές γραμμές. Οι χώροι εντός είναι άνετοι και τα δωμάτια λειτουργικά. Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποδειγματική και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού απροσποίητη. Το εστιατόριο, αν και το δοκίμασα μόνο στο βραδινό μπουφέ ήταν πολύ καλό με μόνη παραφωνία κατά την ταπεινή μου γνώμη τα θαλασσινά. Αν και υπήρχε ποικιλία, θεωρώ πως οι λάθος σημάνσεις, κάποιοι συνδυασμοί και η χρήση κάποιων υλικών δεν συνάδουν με το επίπεδο ενός τέτοιου ξενοδοχείου. Η γενική αίσθηση όμως παραμένει πολύ καλή. Στα συν η δυνατότητα απασχόλησης που υπάρχει για παιδιά άνω των 4 και οι βραδινές δραστηριότητές. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε μιας και βρίσκεται και σε καλό χωροταξικά σημείο.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff... Small place only a few restaurants near by, but quiet and peaceful.
