  • 55 km north of Joensuu. Lake Höytiäinen 20 m (length 50 km, breadth 10 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom with some rocks and clay. Own boat.
    Wooden cabin 1992, surfaces renovated 2013, kitchenette, living room with convertible sofa, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna, open veranda. The cottage has an air-source heat pump for heating and cooling.
