The 180 m² holiday home offers a living/dining room with old stone walls and rustic wooden beams, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The utter highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, which you can explore peacefully and where a paradisiacal garden with Mediterranean plants welcomes you. Nestled between green bushes, blossoming flowers and shady trees, a terrace, a pool area and many comfortable seats and sun loungers await you. Refresh yourself in the cool water of the 70 m² pool, while you enjoy the view of the mountain range on the horizon - everyday stress is quickly forgotten here! Perfect break

This place is amazing, you really do feel relaxed as soon as you get there.The gardens and all outside space is kept immaculate, the pool area is large, with plenty of seating and sunbeds. The house is fabulous, definitely go back

Amazing pool and garden!

A great location on the edge of the town of Port de Pollença, with an impressive back drop of the mountains which rise up just behind the house. We walked to the seafront in 20 minutes. Stunningly beautiful mature gardens. The best and biggest pool we’ve ever had in a holiday rental. An excellent built in charcoal bbq. Loads of options to sit outside in shade or sun. The house interior is more basic, but clean, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. A resident hen or cockerel, not sure which, who we named Sid. Highly recommended. The water supply was a bit temperamental as it would sometimes go off for a few minutes for no obvious reason.

Great value, incedible scenery and great host!

Pros: The views from the villa are absolutley incredible and the gardens are so beautiful with lots of trees, bushes, cacti, flowers and everything that keeps it as a secluded get away. The bedrooms were so good for sleeping with low lighting, comfy beds, and extra bedding if needed it kept us asleep for 10-12 hours each night which was a holiday in itself! The house has some really nice features, lots of stone to keep it cool and plenty of kitchen utensils to make food and have drinks. We used the BBQ 3 times and tested out dining in many of the outside seating areas. Of course, the pool was a great bonus, its a big size and we had weather good enough to enjoy the pool most days. The host was there to greet us when we arrived and he provided us with so many great recommendations for walks and places to eat which made for great days out during our stay. It is also not long at all to get to the local supermarket and beach! Highly recommend booking and we will be planning to visit again! Cons: There was nothing that we didn't enjoy, it was 100% what we wanted and more than what we expected - thank you!

Spacious clean traditional villa in beautiful gardens - 15 minutes walk to sea front. Loved lying in the pool watching the mountain goats scaling the mountain behind the villa. It's a little piece of paradise.

Comfortable authentic Spanish property.

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the private swimming pool. Although we had a car, we also frequently walked to and from the beach at Puerto de Pollensa. One needed to be careful with toddlers due to the stone steps within the property. However, we had no problems as we were extra careful.

Fabulous Villa Piedra

Beautiful villa set in the most fantastic grounds. Lovely pool and comfy sun beds. Lots of places to sit indoor and outdoor. We were blessed being visited by three peacocks almost every day! They wandered around the grounds as if they lived there and we got to hand feed them! Had a few great bbqs and lovely chilled evenings. Great aircon as it was starting to really heat up in the ten days we were there. Towels and bedding changed twice. We walked the 15/20 minute walk to the outskirts of the Port, sometimes getting a taxi back as there was no lighting once outside the grounds. Had an issue one night with the electricity going off, but this was rectified quickly the next morning by Xisco the manager. All in all a wonderful stay.

Tres bonne semaine à la villa pietra

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine. La localisation est très bonne. On peut aller à la plage de puerto Pollenca en 25 minutes à pied. La piscine est tres grande et tres agreable. La maison est petite et rustique mais adaptee aux fortes chaleur. Elle est mitoyenne d’une plus grande maison mais cela ne nous a pas derangé. Climatisation dans les chambres. Bonne literie. Point negatif : prevoir huile, sel, produit pour lave vaisselle et lessive, car rien n’est fourni. Ni café ni thé. C’est dommage pour une location de ce prix.

Alte Finca in wunderbarer Lage mit traumhaften Garten

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben den großen Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen konnte, sehr genossen. Traumhaft schöner Garten. Wir haben in der Finca einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub verbracht und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Cons: In zwei der drei Gästezimmer befinden sich jeweils zwei schmale Betten. Wir hätten uns ein großes Bett gewünscht, in dem sich jeder auch etwas ausstrecken könnte. Diese Finca ist über 200 Jahre alt, es gibt viele kleine Stufen, was für Leute mit einer Behinderung sicherlich nicht sehr geeignet. ist. Es grenzt ein Nachbargebäude direkt ans Haus, was wir auf den Bildern nicht wahrgenommen haben. Das hat uns aber letztendlich nicht gestört, die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und ruhig.

Älteres Haus mit toller Lage

Pros: Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist wunderschön und absolut ruhig gelegen. Zudem ist der 13 Meter Pool der Hammer und wird regelmäßig vom Besitzer gesäubert. Auch der Grill mit Feuerholz ist super gerade auch für kühlere Abende. Der Vermieter ist super nett und die Putzfee auch. Cons: Die Zimmer sind recht klein haben aber alle eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche wie auch die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles da, aber nicht mehr ganz Zeit gemäß. Die ruhige Lage hat natürlich den Nachteil, das man immer ein Auto braucht.

Schönes Haus mit toller Anlage

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber. In 10 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde uns 2x angeboten die Handtücher zu wechseln. Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer hatten eine gute Aufteilung Das Wohnzimmer hat nur 1 kleines Fenster was zwar etwas „dunkel“ ist, aber dafür heizt es sich dort auch nicht so sehr auf, womit wir sehr zufrieden waren. Der Garten der zu dem Haus gehört ist ein Traum mit verschiedensten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden, wodurch es super leise dort ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Strand und die Innenstadt von Port Pollenca sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen. Cons: Nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr unkompliziert und erholsam.

Pros: Der große Pool hat abgestufte Tiefen, die bei 80cm anfangen, so dass auch die Kinder drin stehen können. Trotzdem ist er hinten raus so tief, dass man auch schwimmen kann. Der Besitzer kam auch zwischendurch zum säubern vorbei. Blätter etc. Alle Schlafräume klimatisiert. Gelände komplett eingezäunt. Check in sehr unkompliziert.

Wundervoller Urlaub.

Die Finca Piedra liegt ruhig aber in Fussweite zum Ort Port de Pollenca. Der Garten ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe angelegt. Eine Oase für alle, die Ruhe suchen.
