Villa with private pool 1 km to Pollensa town:
This house is perfect for families looking for a quiet place but close to the town. The property has been recently renovated. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room that share a stove that shows the fire on both sides. In the living room there is a large TV. On the ground floor there are a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the kitchen you can access to the terrace. Another, new shower room and the wash cows are accessible from the outside.

The other two bedrooms and a spacious shower room with comfort shower are upstairs. One of the bedrooms has access to a terrace, perfect to enjoy breakfast with mountain views. In all the rooms and the living room there is air conditioning hot / cold. In summary, this house has everything you need to enjoy and relax during a vacation.

It was 5 of us, two couples and a teenager. The size of the villa was prefect for us, the pool was great and so was the garden, all kept natural with views of the mountains. The deco inside the villa is modern Spanish which is great. The neighbours have few farm animals (chickens, Rooster, geese, sheep) which can be noisy but it didn't spoil our stay overall. We did have a little problem in finding the villa (arrived after dark) but Joseph was very prompt with communication and helped us find it. We hired a big car so a tip for anyone who thinks to do it too. Don't! The lanes to the villa are very narrow. Go for a small car or two. There is plenty of parking at the villa! The villa is a short (12min), easy walk to the Old Town of Pollensa which is beautiful and have plenty of good cafes, restaurants and good little shops. A short drive 9mim to the beach and the marine from where we hired a boat for the day which was great. Lidl and Eroski supermarkets are only 4min drive. The
