The house has just been completely rebuilt and refurbished and is located in the outback of the bay of Pollensa, just 3.5 kilometres from the nearest beaches and 5 kilometres from the city. All of the rooms are on the same level, the large living/dining room and the open-plan kitchen are the centre of living in this house, and large furnished terraces make life outdoors very pleasurable. Families with children will feel just as comfortable in this house as a group of adults, using Villa Llosia as a starting point for days out to the beach or to the city. This charming house is also perfect for cyclists that can set out from here on trips around the island.

When you open the heavy wooden doors, you find yourself stood right inside: Villa Llosia offers an open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. A Wi-Fi internet connection is also available for guests. The living room and one of the bedrooms lead out on to the covered terrace, which acts as a second living room, thanks to its huge table and benches. The three bedrooms are beautifully presented: One with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds in each, and an additional shared shower room. Facilities also include a small laundry room with washing machine. On the patio behind the house, guests will find a large wood-burning oven, a barbecue and a table tennis table for use. For comfort, both warm and cool temperatures are provided by air conditioning in all three bedrooms as well as in the living/dining room.
