In Pollensa you will find the beautiful Villa Cati Sontoiri, which impresses with its dreamlike outdoor area as well as the view of the mountains. The 175 m² holiday home consists of an open-plan living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 adults and 2 children (under 12). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and A/C in the bedrooms (cold and heat). If requested in advance, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge. The outdoor area enchants guests with its beautifully landscaped property, which includes a garden, covered and uncovered terraces, a barbecue, and dining and lounge areas. The large pool also invites guests to relax amidst the green surroundings. The house is a 20-minute walk from the town of Pollensa (1.5 km), where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés. You can also reach the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente in 10 minutes by car.
