Located in the northern part of the island of Mallorca from historic Pollensa and Alcudia. Amid pines and oaks frangantes Villa Can Llamas is located in the popular area the town marina very proxina just 4 km. a few minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia Cala San Vicente Port of Alcudia and Can Picafort with an extensive coastline of beaches. on two floors the ground floor consists of a living room including satellite tv internet access with a bathroom with shower and kitchen with dining area fully equipped including induction hob fridge freezer washer dish washer microwave electric oven. on the second floor are the three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. the distribution of beds is long bed 180 ancho/200
room with two beds width 135/200 long and one twin width 90/200 long. all with a great view to the garden and pool and windows behind the rest of the garden. has a nice barbecue with a wood stove a table covered by a pergola for a wonderful shade in the dog days of summer warmer seasons. and enjoy great meals and dinners with firewood provided compliments of the owner. has air conditioning in all rooms and also safe in each. seguridas has an alarm system throughout the house and the perimeter of the villa.
in the garden there is an exclusive area for the children of the house is a playground with his skating and several seesaws to play on a carpet of lush grass.

Lovely Villa, very clean, high spec throughout. Lots of room lovely friendly welcome.
We had a great time at Villa Can Llamas. 20-27 Aug 2017. Francesca made sure everything was ready and allowed us to access the property earlier that expected. All furniture is good quality and comfortable, lots of personal touches. We had a lovely welcome gift upon arrival which was a nice touch too. Plenty of space, large terrace where we spent many of our evenings, there is an outdoor barbecue and al fresco dining facilities. The villa was perfect for what we wanted, which was a quiet break away from hustle and bustle. A car is essential and the villa is ideally placed for trips out to Alcudia, Pollenca and is about 40mins from PMI airport. There were five in our group including two older kids, 17 and 14 and there were more than adequate pool loungers, outdoor furniture and even hammocks. This Villa could comfortably cater for 8. There is a supermarket(s) 10mins drive away to ensure that essentials are easily re-stocked. Villa owner, Francesca, was friendly, helpful and approachable. We booked this very late, three days before departure but we stumbled upon a real gem. We have booked quite a number of villa holidays and this was the best we have stayed in so far. Hence the review. Thanks, again Francesca.

Toller Urlaub mit leuchtenden Kinderaugen
Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist groß und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und das in ausreichender Anzahl. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und der Pool richtig schön groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen kam der "Poolboy" um diesen zu reinigen. Da unser Kind aber gerade einmal 14 Monate war, war es sehr sehr anstrengend, ihr ununterbrochen hinterher zu laufen und aufzupassen, dass sie nicht in den Pool fällt. Von der Sitzecke aus waren es gerade mal 2 Meter bis zum ebenerdigen Pool, was es eben sehr schwierig gemacht hat, unseren Weltentdecker einfach mal laufen zu lassen - ein Sicherheitszaun im Falle einer Belegung mit kleinen Kindern wäre hier top. Aber auch so war Francisca sehr bemüht, discret alles sauber zu halten. Wenn wir gerade nicht im Haus waren, kam der Gärtner um alles weiterhin so zu pflegen, wie es war. In der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wurde das ganze Haus sogar einmal von oben bis unten sauber gemacht, inkl. Handtuch und Bettenwechsel. Direkt auf dem Grundstück nebenan war ein Tiergehege, was von der Vermieterin geführt wird. Rehe, Hirsche, Lamas, Schafe, Ziegen, Hühner, Enten und Gänse, Katzen und Pfauen liesen die Kinderaugen leuchten. Nachts hat man allerdings immer mal die Rufe vom Hahn oder Pfau gehört. (Da im Juni die Außentemperatur noch so angenehm war, dass man mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte) Die Lage zu Pollenca und Alcudia ist super. Beide Orte erreicht man ohne Probleme in max. Minuten. Schade ist nur, dass man von Grundstück aus keine Berge sieht, obwohl diese so nah sind. Aber dafür kann ja niemand was. Ansonsten hatten wir eine tolle Woche und können die Finca wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
