Open plan kitchen/diner with seating for 6 people. Spacious lounge area with relaxing sofa. Pretty garden with mountain views and palm trees. Large pool with sunbathing area, covered terrace for outside dining. Ideal for those wishing to get away from it all and relax in a peaceful environment. Pollença old town with it´s beautiful restaurants and cafés is a delight to visit only 5 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are approx 15 minutes by car.

excellent villa - lovely setting

Lovely stay at this villa, very comfortable, excellent pool and facilities. Narror track to the villa, would advise a smaller car. The air con was not great in the upstairs bedroom - it kept turning off during the night. Advice should be given that this villa is only suitable for small cars. We had a 9-person van, and the drive was tight and resulted in a punctured tire one day. Access created unnecessary stress during the holiday.

Ruhige, große Villa mit tollem Außenbereich

Schöne, große Villa; in Teilen eher einfach, in Teilen sehr stilvoll mit schönen Holzmöbeln und Deko eingerichtet; gute Betten, bequeme Sofas; angenehme, saubere Bäder; hübsche, funktionale Küche; toller, sehr hübsch gestalteter Außenbereich mit Tischtennisplatte, unterschiedlichen, überdachten Sitzbereichen, viel Freifläche, einigen hübschen Pflanzen, kompletter Privatsphäre und großem, sauberen Pool; sehr netter Vermieter, der nach einem Stromausfall durch Gewitter sehr schnell zu Hilfe kam und für die kühleren Abendstunden im Herbst die Heizung anmachte; ruhige Umgebung mit Palmen und Sternenhimmel; einzig Küche und Böden waren nicht perfekt geputzt; insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt und viel Platz für Familie mit 5 Personen

Nähe pollenca liegt die Finka. Sehr geschmackvoll und sauber eingerichtet. Was fehlte war eine Dusche am Pool. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.

The beds need improving - they are very hard, cheap mattresses. Barbecue area is looking tired. Building/drainage works in the neighbouring fields - noisy.

Magnifique maison

Superbe finca. Très bel endroit, au calme. Maison très propre à notre arrivée. Très belle piscine, bien entretenue. La maison est au bon endroit pour visiter les lieux les plus intéressants de Majorque. Première plage (port de Pollenca) à 15 minutes en voiture. Je vous recommande cette très belle maison.
