VILLA BOCORIS - 15 MIN WALK TO THE BEACH

Villa Bocoris is a cozy and bright villa located in the quiet area of Siller, in Puerto Pollença, in the north of Mallorca. Surrounded by a pleasant Mediterranean environment and with beautiful views of the mountains, it offers the perfect balance between tranquility and comfort. Its location allows you to enjoy the proximity of the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops, making it an excellent option for a family or friends vacation.



Access to the property is through a picturesque rural path that leads to the main entrance, preceded by a charming covered porch. At the back of the villa, a pleasant terrace covered with vines offers an ideal space to relax in the shade. From here, large double doors connect directly to the living-dining room, a bright, comfortable space decorated with a cozy style. The kitchen, fully equipped and with marble countertops, has everything necessary to comfortably prepare meals during your stay.



The house is distributed over two floors and has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a second independent full bathroom. From the dining room, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a third full bathroom located in the hallway. For greater peace of mind for families with small children, the staircase has a safety gate at the top.



All areas of the villa have air conditioning with hot/cold function, available 24 hours a day, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature during any time of year.



The exterior is one of the great attractions of Villa Bocoris. Its private pool, surrounded by flowers and Mediterranean vegetation, invites you to enjoy the sun and moments of rest in a tranquil and private setting. Next to the pool is a pleasant built-in barbecue area with an outdoor dining area, perfect for sharing breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors. The covered terrace also offers an ideal space to relax in the shade during the hottest hours of the day.



Furthermore, Villa Bocoris has free wifi connection via fiber optic, an especially attractive advantage for those who need to stay connected or work remotely during their vacation. Its tranquil surroundings allow you to combine professional responsibilities with the pleasure of enjoying a few days of rest in Mallorca.

Puerto Pollença offers an extensive sandy beach, a pleasant seafront promenade and a varied selection of restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as numerous options for water sports. A short drive away is the charming town of Pollença, known for its cobblestone streets, its traditional market and its lively main square. Cala Sant Vicenç is also worth visiting, with its small coves of crystal-clear waters and spectacular coastal landscapes.

This chalet can accommodate babies. It has two cribs and two high chairs, available at no additional cost. More can be set up upon request.

Chalet Bocoris is a chalet for children, as a fence can be installed around the pool, this way children can play freely and adults can relax and have peace of mind. The extra charge for the fence upon request is € 59. This covers the cost of installation and removal of the fence.
