Villa Geroni is a traditional property surrounded by colourful tropical gardens. It is situated in La Font area, situated between the historic town of Pollensa and the sweeping bay of Puerto Pollensa. Inside, the house is all at ground level. It is a family home designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark wood furniture.



The lounge and dining room has comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is a well designed farmhouse-kitchen with lots of cupboard space, and appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave.



The house has three bedrooms: a light double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all of them with A/C units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 04:00 AM these times cannot be extended and/or changed). The bedrooms share two bathrooms, both with baths and showers. The terraces, gardens and the pool are the stars at the villa, but we also have to highlight the covered terrace.



The property has a lovely lawn area with trees and Mediterranean plants surrounding the lovely swimming pool. This makes for lots of quiet places in the shade of trees, as well as plenty of room for children to play on family holidays. There is also a covered cooking area with a barbecue oven and a sink.



Can Geroni is a villa with beautiful tropical gardens. Its location makes it easy to make the most of the whole area around Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The beaches and the historic Old Town of Pollensa are both a 10-minute drive away.



Finally, we have to highlight that villa Geroni offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
