The old Santo Domingo monastery is open to visitors, and during the summer months, classical concerts are held in the monastery courtyard. In the town centre, a long stone staircase leads up to Calvary Hill. The climb is well worth the effort, as the mountaintop offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea.

Another hilltop monastery, Puig de Maria, is located on the outskirts of Pollença.
A winding hiking trail leads up this small hill to a nunnery, a church, a café, and a wonderful view.

In the lively coastal town of Puerto Pollença, there is a long, narrow sandy beach and a beautiful beach promenade with a marina, numerous restaurants, cafes with ocean views, small and large supermarkets, bike rentals, and many water sports options:
