  • In Port de Pollença the holiday flat Voramar31 is located on the 1st floor of a townhouse, which is situated directly on the beach promenade. The comfortable apartment offers a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic 35 m² terrace, where you will find lounge furniture, outdoor beds and a breathtaking view of the sea. Enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine on warm summer evenings while you let your gaze wander over the glittering sea and listen to the sound of the waves. A barbecue is available on a terrace that you can share with the other residents of the house. Thanks to the ideal location, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and a supermarket is 500 m or a 6-minute walk away. The beautiful city beach of Port de Pollença, with its white sand, is just beyond your doorstep.

Perfect Location

Lovely apartment with good sized bedrooms, large kitchen and lounge, and a terrace with amazing views. The location is perfect - right on the pine walk and a short walk to the main restaurants and town square.

Fabulous location on the pine walk, beautiful views, couldn’t be easier for beach, restaurants and getting around. Balcony a real stand out feature, and rest of apartment great for a group.

Lovely apartment - fabulous location

The apartment is big and bright and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The terrace is fabulous and looks straight onto the bay with a proper 'wow' factor. Liaison with Joan was great and the process of checking and out was very smooth. We had the loveliest few days in beautiful Port De Pollensa. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful seafront apartment

The property listing does not do this place justice. It is above a small convenience store on the beachfront. It is well sized and has everything you need. Simply superb.

wear and tear since photos and en suite looks bigger than is.

Pros: good host great views great location Cons: a very squeaky bed in the master bedroom which woke us up every time either of us moved. slept in lounge on a couple of nights to avoid noise.
