Charming villa - 4km to beach and 2km to Old Town!

Picturesque Villa Jardinia for 6 guests, only 2km to Old Town Pollensa and 4km to the beach!



Get away to this Mallorcan farmhouse surround by flowers, shrubs, and orange trees and located just a 5-minute drive away from the beach. Rest on the partially covered terrace with wicker sofas before cooling off in the L shaped pool (5m x 10m, depth from 1,20m to 2,20m). Enjoy a family dinner with access to your own barbecue and a charming outdoor dining space.



As you step into the ground floor of this two-story villa, marvel in the traditional architecture and decor that lays before you, including a comfortable living room with sofas and wood-burning fireplace, a properly equipped kitchen with modern amenities, a utility room with a washing machine, and a bathroom.



Climb the stairs to the first floor to find a second living as well as the three bedrooms:

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom, and there is also a second family bathroom on the first floor.

Very nice house

Google maps can’t find it, but when we did it turned out to be a hidden gem. Perfect location if you want to explore the Northern parts of Mallorca.

I know that it is time consuming but I think it may be better to welcome customers personally at the finca and have a short chat and explanation. Personal contact is still the most important in our lives despite all the IT and other improvements etc. Best, Matthias Fritz

Ruhige Finca (Villa) Nähe Pollenca auf sehr schönem Grundstück

Die Lage dieser Finca ist wirklich toll: ein kleiner Zufahrtsweg führt zu einem Tor in einer Mauer und dahinter liegt ein großes Grundstück mit Bäumen, an dessem einen Ende die Finca liegt. Pool, Grill und zwei Sitzecken sind vorhanden, die Lage ist absolut ruhig, wenn man von den üblichen Dingen und Geräuschen auf dem Land absieht (Tiere der Nachbarn, kleinere landwirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten), die sich jedoch zu unserem Zeitpunkt absolut in Grenzen hielten. Pollenca ist wirklich nahe, zwei Supermärkte auch. Das Haus ist geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern oben und eines unten. Es gibt keine großen Fensterfronten, deshalb sind die Räume eher etwas dunkel, wenn man moderne Häuser gewohnt ist, im Sommer ist es deshalb jedoch auch kühler. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Insgesamt unter unseren besten Fincas bisher auf Mallorca (wir haben bisher so 10 erlebt.
