This attractive and very popular single storey villa is ideally situated for those wanting not only to visit both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, but Alcudia as well, with all the local amenities including shops, bars and restaurants within a five minute drive.

Tastefully furnished in a typical Mallorcan style, the open plan lounge/dining area leads out to a large well-established garden via the cool, shaded terrace. For those wishing to stay in an authentic Majorcan villa but still have all the creature comforts associated with a relaxing holiday in the sun, this house is perfect!

The property has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms benefit of air conditioning units.

Outside the private swimming pool is set amongst lawned gardens with plenty of sun loungers, patio furniture for dining alfresco and a barbecue provided for those hot sunny days, lazing around the pool.

Lovely traditional villa in the Mallorcan countryside

Lovely traditional villa in the Mallorcan countryside. Pool is a great size and garden is super. Decor is quite traditional but has all facilities you need, location well placed between Pollensa and Peurto Pollensa - c.15 mins either way. Nice, quiet and clean.

Tolle Tage in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Herrlicher Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und Schattigen Plätzen, Austostellplatz im Schatten. Mikrowell, Backofen, Spühlmaschiene ud Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr. Rund um gute Ausstattung. Gitter in den Fenstern so dass man immer Lüften konnte und trotzdem das Haus verschlossen war Es wäre schön, könnte man auch das Haupttor verschließen. Ein bisschen mehr Wäscheleien zum aufhängen der Kleidung draussen wäre toll. Sonst alles prima.

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Objekt liegt ruhig nicht weit von Pollensa und Alcudia, hat einen wirklich tollen Außenbereich, die Küchenausstattung braucht baldmöglichst einen Ausstattungsupgrade, sonst aber alles Prima ! Wir würden wiederkommen.
