Aparthotel Duva Convention Center & Spa

The Duva rightly has lots of stars for the facilities but falls down on the basics. There was no guest information in the apartment, where all the facilities were, how to contact reception, directions to the resort and the beach. My biggest complaint was that the apartments were dirty and we were expected to provide our own cleaning materials. I had to go to the nearest shop buy wash up liquid and wash all the crockery and cutlery, they had just been wiped and put away with bits of food on. The maids came in most days, straighten the bed, replace loo roll and didn’t seem to do anything else. A week with no change of bedding in that temperature is not pleasant.

Very disappointing standards for a 4 star. The rooms were grubby and dated, there was mould in our room and it took 3 complaints for someone to scrub it off. Also had an issue with a broken tap and although fixed they just left all the dirty water all over the pans in the cupboard underneath it. I wouldnt stay here again and dont think it is worth the money. Pool and gym facilities are good

No plug in bath or bidet. Bath slightly worn. Small TV. Not possible to have one bedside light illuminated at any time.( both either on or off) Reading lights pointless as they can only be used when the bedside lights are on. Patio noisy due to traffic on main road. Good air conditioning. Good complex facilities.
