Villa located just a short drive from the town of Pollença, as well as the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Perfect for the whole family!
This two-story villa has been decorated in a local, traditional style. The front door opens into a spacious living and dining room with wooden beams, furnished with two sofas and an armchair for relaxing or watching television. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs.
The kitchen is separate and decorated with dark wood furniture. It has an electric oven, gas stove, coffee maker and refrigerator, and connects to a rear terrace.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the second floor, where the bedrooms are located: two double bedrooms with wooden beams and views of the countryside, a master bedroom, and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms share the house's two bathrooms.
Outside, there's a terrace with garden furniture and a traditional roof, where the barbecue is also located. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the pool and the mountains and have al fresco meals.
Finally, it is worth noting that the property offers free Wi-Fi internet access.
