  • This attractive pale stone villa decorated with vibrant colours is located not far from the beautiful bay of Pollensa and sits in the countryside halfway between the old town of Pollensa and the beaches and tourist facilities of Puerto Pollensa. Arched doorways lead you into a spacious lounge and dining room that are bright, airy and very comfortable, offering a refreshing respite from the Mediterranean summer sun. The villa has modern furnishings throughout and the master bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom. The shaded terrace features an outdoor dining table and built-in barbecue – ideal for barbecue enthusiasts to test their skills! The refreshing waters of the swimming pool are just a few steps away surrounded by lawn and beautiful views of the mountains in the distance.
