The 2-bedroomed Can Jaume is set in established gardens with a large swimming pool. There are both open and covered terraces providing a great opportunity to enjoy outside dining whilst enjoying the surrounding views of the mountains. Perfect location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of old Pollensa.
From the driveway a pathway leads around the house to the gardens and terrace. An entrance door leads into the lounge with beamed ceiling and a doorway leading to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. A door from this room leads out to the terrace. A corridor off of the lounge leads to the two bedrooms – one double and one twin. The two bedrooms share a family shower room.
Outside, a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen houses a brick-built barbecue and outside dining area. This is the ideal spot for enjoying an excellent al-fresco dinner. The large private pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and well kept gardens with lawn, shrubs, mediterranean trees: a true delight for long relaxing days under the sun!
