"This house is lovely, well stocked and comfortable. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The drive from the Richmond airport was super easy until about the last two twisty miles; if you are arriving after dark, study the map so you know what to expect. I loved that it was so close to Shenandoah National Park. We ate at the Blue Ridge Cafe in Ruskerville (recommend) then entered at the Swift Run entrance then drove south and came out just a couple miles from the house. Heads up to travelers and a tip for the owners they could act on—the upstairs bathroom windows are not fully covered and it felt very exposed. If you have kids upstairs you might hang up towels for more privacy.We stayed during that weird solar event and could see evidence of the northern lights phenomenon from the back yard; shared photo just for fun."
