Nice vacation rental

Very nice rental house with a great kitchen set up with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Strangely it was too cold to enjoy the pool since the temperature was only in the 50's. Country living, but close drive to most anything for shopping and attractions. Would stay again.

Out of the way place

Overall the house was clean and comfortable. Quite a drive just to get from the house to I-4. If you want to get away from everything for a while, this is the place to stay! The dishwasher was very handy! Washer/dryer were easy to use. The pool can be heated upon request.

Nice and quiet

Our vacation included trips to some big attractions and this house was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Bedrooms were nice, kitchen was great, and the roomy living room furniture was a nice bonus. The best part was that pool though! The waterfall and lights for night swimming made for perfect family time. My only notes for improvement would be that the master bed seemed to slope to the middle a bit (maybe a support issue?), there weren’t any lamps by the bedside for evening reading, and end tables in the living area would be a nice addition. All in all a great spot for families, and certainly made for a nice vacation for ours.

Nice space for quiet stay but fairly close to many activities

We enjoyed our time in this house. It is quiet and remote, but close to activities in Lakeland, Auburndale, and Winter Haven. We especially enjoyed the Frank Lloyd Wright tour at Florida Southern College and Bonnet Springs Park. We stayed here for a month as a midpoint to visit friends on both the east and west coast. It worked well, but Florida traffic is what it is, so if you plan that, or Disney, you are wise to allow ample time. This house is clean and stocked with anything you may need. There is a lovely pool and some playground equipment for children (although we are 2 seniors, so only used the pool). We had no problems to address but the owner promptly responded to any communication. A pleasant stay!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved this home. If your looking to escape the everyday life thos the perfect getaway. The host leaves nothing for you to think about. Just pack your clothes and enjoy your stay. If your looking for silence this hoise is your answer.
