    Villa Fortuna is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private
    swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The main
    entrance to the villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living
    room with dining area and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two double
    bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with en suite
    bathroom, and a W/C. On the second floor is also a large balcony with
    sea view.

    Living Room
    The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
    comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to
    the pool terrace with Sea views.

    Kitchen
    The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a granite work top,
    toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
    refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Excellent villa and great location, just a 15 minute leisurely stroll to Latchi harbour and an abundance of places to eat. Polis is a 5 minute drive away with bars and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great and air con units in the bedrooms work well and are a must. Pool area lovely, with plenty of space around it and well kept. Just one small niggle / recommendation for the owners. Initially there was only one tiny partly broken parasol. Property managers quickly supplied a new large one (great service), but really the property needs 3 of them for 6 people to comfortably relax around the pool. Cyprus is hot! Sockets are English 3 pin so no need to take euro adapters, but you will need a euro to uk adapter to use the iron and hairdryer supplied. All in all, a great place to stay and we would definitely return

Great Villa and Location

Beautiful villa and garden. Easy walk along the sea front to latchi marina with plenty of excellent restaurants. We had a great 2 weeks and will definitely look to book again next time we come to Cyprus.

Amazing villa. The management staff were very helpful and attentive. Pool was so nice and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Beds are quite low on the ground so may not be good for an elderly group.

Would totally recommend this villa, its location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, a car is needed for getting to supermarket and out and about. The villa itself is lovely, but disappointed have to pay for air con in the main living space (not bedrooms) Could do with a little updating, but otherwise all good

All OK at Villa Fortuna

The villa was exactly as described, a car is necessary unless you want to stay completely in Latchi. In the 15 nights here we were able to experience 10 different restaurants in Latchi within walking distance and Polis old town a short car ride, only downside all menus are so similar. Had a problem with hot water mid way through holiday this was quickly rectified by the local agent/property owner who managed to get an electrician out on a Sunday within 3 hours of notifying the problem. Latchi is a good place for a really lazy holiday, Paphos about one hour by car.

Tired villa

Lots needs doing at this villa, small things that could make a big difference, things like new towels, replacement kitchen, damp problems in 3rd room, replacement Toilet bins, shower racks, kitchen accessories, broken sun loungers. Just small things that overal would have made a big difference, would not recommend or return but thats not to say we didn't enjoy ourselves, just expected more as the pictures made it look amazing.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Fortuna! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had when planning our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. We also visited Latchi and Polis and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great specialties there and enjoy their local wine. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Paphos and would definitely recommend Villa Fortuna!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist traumhaft. Der Pool suaber, allerdings sieht der Rand nicht so sauber aus. Die Duschen könnten besser gereinigt sein. unten rum war alles schwarz. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand und an einer Strandbar mit gutem Essen.

The villa was in a really quite spot with everything you could need included. the pool was cleaned twice a week. Everyone from the pool guys, the gardeners and the girls who serviced the villa were amazing.

The whole process for booking and paying online, couldnt have been easier. The villa was spectacular, absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented, completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the BBQ, pool, and terrace. The sunset and sea views from the upper balconies were breathtaking. Overall, the Villa was just what we wanted. It was absolutely brilliant. We have already re-booked Villa Fortuna for next year.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found town of Latchi and Villa Fortuna to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we choose them for our holiday. Villa Fortuna has 3 very cozy rooms, with great sea views from the upper terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Latchi. Paphos and Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

Once clients of this company, you will always be able to count on the quality of the villas they offer. Villa Fortuna is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities required for a self-catering holiday. Very quiet location in a perfect setting. The inside of the home was cozy and comfortable. During our stay there we visited Polis and Argaka and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Paphos. Most of our time we spend at near Polis beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Fortuna for the next year.

I cant say enough about Villa Fortuna and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Latchi were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and within walking distance there is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Latchi is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. We had our meals at the tavernas in Latchi and Polis and would recommend you to pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Polis, Latchi, and Argaka Sandy beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.
