Antico Mondo was in one word AMAZING! The staff (Emio) was very responsive and made the whole process a breeze. He set up a transport from the train station for us and also aided us in setting up a tour of the town. The room was beautiful and very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the water. We have and will be recommending Antico Mondo to everyone we know. We cannot wait to visit again

Fantastic stay in the heart of the historic part of Polignano. Emio and the staff are super attentive and supportive in finding all the best restaurants and things to do in Puglia. Room not fully soundproof but to be expected in historic buildings. Highly recommend staying here, we had a perfect holiday! Grazie

Don’t miss staying here!!!
This is the place you need to stay if you are coming to this beautiful area! The room was state of the art, gorgeous & with one of the best views ever! What makes it extraordinary is Emio. the wonderful man who runs it. The extra care he took of us will never be forgotten! We missed breakfast & he made sure we had it. I was injured on a tour & he made sure we had everything we needed. Without a doubt, staying here needs to be on your bucket list! The absolute best!!!

Antico Mondo was an absolutely beautiful spot! The location is perfect, our room overlooked lama Monachile. Emio was extremely hospitable, he was there for anything we needed and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! If you’re looking for a place to stay while exploring polignano a mare, look no further. The room was spacious and clean. Our outdoor space was incredible! The steam shower is a nice touch, great after a long day of walking around and the breakaways delicious! We will definitely be back! The online photos of the room were accurate!

I can't say enough about Antico Mondo. The room was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular too. Definitely do the breakfast! Everything was fresh and amazing. Even though we had to park a few blocks away, they have dedicated parking spots and a service that shuttles you and your luggage. Our host, Emio, was very friendly and helpful. He helped us refine our day trip plans and got us reservations at the best restaurants. This is on the higher price point side but absolutely worth it. I can't wait to come back.

Truly Wonderful
One of our best experiences ever. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Emio, the host and GM, provided Les Clefs D’Or level of hospitality. Reservations, beach clubs, car, and tour services were organized and tailored for us. Truly wonderful.

I’m surprised at how reasonable the price was for this room, because it was just perfect! Staff was lovely, location amazing overlooking the restaurants and bars. Everything steps away including the beach. Perfect place

The staff at this hotel were among the best I’ve ever seen. They definetly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and taken care of. The room we had was ok, no view and wasn’t anything to write home about. It was very clean and updated but there definetly isn’t any wow factor. I’d recommend calling ahead or making sure you get a room with a view if possible. The staff make this place what it is can’t say enough good things about them

A true gem in Polignano a Mare, it feels like a home away from home - my room had a breathtaking view of Lama Monachile with fantastic modern interior design, and the staffs go above and beyond to take care of their guests. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Polignano a mare vacation 😌
This stay was excellent overall. Our room (cave) was beautifully decorated, filled with details, spotless, and a very comfortable bed,. Breakfast was a "gourmet breakfast" with great variety of top quality local products and presented beautifully. Service was exceptional, Emio helped us with parking, luggage and provided us with useful information about the area and local restaurants. What a great host!!!! A million thanks !!!

Outstanding service and staff and a beyond stunning hotel with gorgeous views over Lama Monachile! Emio was incredibly helpful from a few days out from our stay making contact to make our arrival smooth. He was very helpful and responsive leading in and even more so at our arrival. We were early so he moved things around to make sure we could get into a room and get to the beach. He took the time to give us fantastic dining options during our stay. Service hands down beyond excellent. Would recommend this hotel and Emio very highly!

What a lovely hotel. I was here for my birthday, so I chose the king sea view room... It exceeded every expectation. Clean, modern, spacious, comfy bed, and that view!! Small balcony, which served as the perfect location to enjoy a glass of wine. The shower is also a steam shower, which was amazing at the end of the day. Excellent breakfast. A special thanks to Emio and everyone who works here. I failed to ask for directions before driving down from Rome and had forgotten that the hotel was in the old city so I wouldn’t be able to drive right up to it. I became horribly lost, called the front desk, and Giuseppe came right over to where I was parked to guide me to the parking, and then to the hotel. My saviors! Great location for enjoying Polignano a Mare, as well as area sites such as Alberobello, which is a must! I had a car and the parking area was secure and very easy to use. Excellent restaurants nearby, and yes, I did eat at the famous cave restaurant. It wasn’t my best meal in Polignano, but what an experience. Definitely worth it. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again, Emio, for a wonderful stay.

Great stay
We enjoyed the hotel. The A/c broke and we had to turn it off as it was too cold. We arrived during a bike race and were quite upset, not being able to access the property by car. Fortunately, the very gracious host made the inconvenience bearable by meeting us, taking us to the parking and helping us with the suitcases over the 800 meters away. Puglia was way more touristy than we expected. The food served was also disappointing. Our gracious host recommended a great restaurant, Antiche Mura, which was indeed worthwhile. He also recommended Sabbiadoro beach club which was nice but a bit pricey. San Francesco beach in Bari is almost as nice but is a bit futher and much cheaper. There should be a mattress cover on the bed. The linen and towels are excellent. They even provide beach towels. The view Michelin 5.

Great accommodation and exceptional staff
Stayed her for four nights and can’t rate it high enough. We stayed in the grotto cave room, which was lovely. The location if perfect for Polignano a Mare, which is a Jem of a Puglia town. But what really made the stay special, and memorabile was how helpful the reception staff were. A great source of knowledge about the area, help with booking beaches and restaurants (tied most of their recommendations and couldn’t be happier, Puglia food is fab as it is but some specific treats await lovers of seafood and fish in Polignano a Mare). As I said Emio and the other receptionist (sorry didn’t make a note of their name) were amazing, almost like you had your personal concierge service. It might be a B&B but the service was 5 star. If you are looking for a wonderful experience in Puglia, look no further.

Amazing accomodation with lovely hosts
Perfect location, close to the beach. The room is stylishly well-designed and the in-room Turkish bath is a nice touch. The room is spacious and the bedsheets felt luxurious. For this trip, I had been to 5 hotels prior to here and I slept the best in this room with the sound of waves. If you want quietness, just close the balcony door. It's a heavy door so when you shut it, it's shuts all noise out. The view is amazing, I could sit at the balcony forever. The host was very hospitable who has attention to details. He treated the guests with a personal touch and his meal recommendation was great. Grateful that he got someone to pick me up from the carpark. I did not follow his instructions so was lost but the host patiently explained to me the directions with screenshots. I would definitely love to stay here again. Gracias!

I wish we’d stayed longer!
We had a couple of wonderful days at the B&B. Very well looked after by Emio who kindly arranged transfers from the airport and to the local train station too. The room we stayed in was perfect, recently refurbished with a 4 poster bed. Great location too. Absolutely perfect. Will definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place! The views were amazing, room was spacious, clean and the breakfast was superb. I recommend parking in their reserved location (5 minute walk from check in office) as parking in this town is difficult to come by. There are plenty of great restaurants and places to take amazing photos. The host was super helpful in recommending several restaurant options (for best view or best food) as well as sights to see. We will definitely be coming back to Antico Mondo!

Charming Antico mondo, Bellissimo!
The property is super cute and charming! Location is excellent with many food options for various budgets at your doorstep! When u r in a small town like Polignano a mare, you expect the old world charm and that’s what Antico Mondo accords you! Emio the host was super efficient and welcoming! He recommended places to visit and eat at! All in all and excellent 2 night stay!
