"Die Vermieterin ist erst gar nicht erschienen. Aber Geld für die Wohnung wurde mir abgebucht. Wir standen um 17.00 Uhr in der Anlage und hatten, obwohl bezahlt und bestätigt, keine Unterkunft. Dies war mit erheblichem Ärger und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Kontakte mit der Hotline von fewo waren ebenfalls sehr unerfreulich. Nur gebrochen deutsch sprechende unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes warte ich immer noch. Ich werde da nie wieder...

Many need a bath and a little medical care, in my opinion, but they were a joy to see whenever we came and went. The wifi did not work in our room at all. "Hotel was just ok. Wifi was not working and when we checked out no compensation was provided for this lack of amenity. We ate the resteraunt and the food was delicious but the service was very very slow and forgetful. We sat outside and maybe the staff just kept forgetting us and our requests. Our room had a dirty old unnecessary rug in it and the bathroom was awkward with random cheap furniture. A capsule shower was in the corner with lots of room for a better amenity. The door scraped on the tile floor and the tile workmanship overall was not well done."
