Hotel piccolo ma moderno ed accogliente

In questo piccolo albergo di Policoro ci siamo trovati molto bene. E' piccolo, ed anche questo e' un vantaggio, ma moderno ed accogliente. Il personale gentile e cortese si e' sempre offerto di aiutarci per tutte le nostre richieste. Molto bello il salone per la prima colazione dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche piu'. Sicuramente da consigliare

Tranquillo.

Solo per una notte, ma abbastanza per capire che e' un albergo prettamente estivo , non per questo meno confortevole nel periodo invernale. Personale gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi problema.

UN HOTEL DA NON PERDERE

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel 6 giorni lo scorso agosto, ci siamo veramente trovati bene: massima pulizia, cortesia di tutto il personale, cucina semplice ma ben curata, posto macchina anche al coperto. Un Hotel che merita sicuramente più delle stelle che ha. Lo consiglio francamente a chi, oltre al mare, vuole visitare quella bella regione che é la Basilicata.

Abbiamo soggiornato una giornata. Ottima e carina la piscina, belle e funzionali le stanze, conveniente la mezza pensione. Anche il ristorante è stato molto buono con un piccolo sovrapprezzo sul costo della camera. Esperienza molto positiva.

Camera non pulita correttamente (specialmente sotto i letti) odore stagnante di sigaretta , nel bagno era presente molta sporcizia e muffa nelle fughe delle mattonelle,la piscia durante la mia permanenza non è mai stata pulita,la colazione non era all'altezza delle 3 stelle "S". Per concludere secondo me non vale i soldi che chiedono.

Posto rilassante

Il nostro è stato un soggiorno durato due giorni ed una notte. La pulizia delle camere Buona, dotate di tutti i comfort. La piscina pulita e quasi sempre poco affollata (punto molto positivo per chi volesse stare tranquillo). Il cibo buono, ottima idea quella di un primo abbondante ed un secondo meno abbondante almeno non ci si appesantisce troppo, anche se un bis non sarebbe stato rifiutato. Staff gentile e disponibile ad esaudire le richieste. Due pecche: la nostra stanza era senza balcone, servizio navetta con unica andata (entro le 9) ed unico ritorno (entro le 18.30)..una circolare ogni ora o ogni due ore non sarebbe stata malvagia data la distanza del mare. Per il resto comunque è un posto che consiglio e ci ritornerei volentieri.

Prezzi onesti e servizio ottimo. Bellissima la piscina, possibilità di camera che esce direttamente al solarium. Ristorante adiacente di ottima qualità.

Ottimo hotel, forse un pò difficile da trovare per chi viene da fuori (qualche indicazione non guasterebbe....).Peccato per la pulizia del bagno (tavoletta WC improponibile).Gentile il personale dell' hotel, un pò meno quelli del ristorante...

Hotel muy fácil de encontrar, cerca de las palas de Policoro. Muy correcto, servicios aceptables, habitación bien insonorizada (a pesar de estar junto a una carretera), personal atento. La piscina es agradable, y el jardín, aunque pequeño, no está mal. Restaurante muy concurrido. Es posible aparcar en el parking del hotel.

A nice place for a stop over

New building, clean facility, nice located swimming pool. Clean bedding, all appliances in working condition. No internet connected computer, but the staff more than accommodating. Special thanks to Rosanna to let us do our flight check in over the internet from her reception computer! Mille grazie!

Grazioso albergo in un posto strategico.

L'Hotel Hermes si è dimostrato una piacevolissima sorpresa, sicuramente di categoria superiore rispetto a quella a cui appartiene. Il personale è stato attento, cordiale e soprattutto molto paziente; le camere pulite e dotate dei comfort principali, quali l'aria condizionata. Una nota di merito la merita la piscina, semplicemente spettacolare, sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, seppur breve, da ripetere sicuramente e da consigliare ad amici e conoscenti.
