Villa Morus spans 278 m2 of living space and 650 m2 of garden area. The spacious green plot filled with Mediterranean vegetation offers the perfect place to relax.

The villa consists of a ground floor, featuring a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a playroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a garage.

On the upper floor, you will find the living area. The modern architectural style and design in soft and gentle tones make the space comfortable and relaxing. The luxurious kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, while the dining room can accommodate nine people. The spacious living room is ideal for enjoyment and relaxation.

The villa has four air-conditioned, beautifully decorated bedrooms located on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm, a private bathroom and access to the balcony, and an additional bed for one person measuring 120x200 cm.. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds of the same dimensions and share a bathroom located outside the rooms. Bed linen and towels are always available. The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary amenities, providing you with the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

On the terrace, there is a large heated pool measuring 10x5 m (50 m2) and 1.55 m deep, surrounded by five sun loungers for relaxation and enjoyment under the Mediterranean sun.

Villa Morus offers a gym for those who wish to maintain their fitness during their vacation. Additionally, there is a PlayStation and table tennis for fun and adventure. The youngest guests can enjoy the playground.
