Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Heel slecht! Bij aankomst hebben ze gezegd dat reservatie niet in systeem was en hebben ze gevraagd om daar contant te betalen. Ze hebben gezegd dat ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen via Expedia maar daar reageren ze ook niet op!
