Amazing new villa, rural getaway, pet friendly

This beautiful newly built villa is located in the small village of Donja Jagodnja, 40 kilometers from Zadar. This location is ideal for escaping from everyday life and relaxing in a beautiful rural landscape. The villa is subtly decorated with rustic details and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs. Additional content is a fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen, with an open fireplace and an attached toilet.
The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, and a bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with a bathroom and an additional toilet. The fully fenced yard is ideal for vacationing with children and a pet, and for those who love activities, there are two electric bicycles for exploring the wonderful landscape that surrounds the house. Enjoy preparing specialties on the outdoor fireplace, or drinking cocktails by the pool, and spend an unforgettable vacation at Villa Lidija.
