"This was our second stay at this excellent apartment. The location is perfect right in the middle of town but with parking close by. The host is amazing, super friendly and welcoming and the apartment itself very well appointed and very clean. This is our first choice of place to stay when we go to Zadar"

"The view was adorable. The communication was okay, we missed some information about the button to get warm water to shower. Also WiFi connection was not that good The accomodation had everything we needed. Not that big, but that was good. Bibinje has some bars and restaurants but not that much. It's quiet. When there are guest in the upper apartments it's noisy. There was a little bit of dirt under the sofa. Parking lot in the neigbourhood was always free."

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "I did not even stay at this place because it does not seem to exist. I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes. I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with.
