"The rooms and extensive facilities were lovely. The staff were kind, check-in was straightforward, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise. Some amenities available in the room, like coffee, tea, and milk. No continental breakfast option was available. It's not close enough to shops, and you'd need a car to buy some small bites. In general, good option for accommodation."
"Location was great. Room layout was good and amenities were good. Sadly the apartment was tired looking, about 80% clean. Chairs and carpet had permanent stains, time for an upgrade, repairs on toilet wall were very poor. Dust was collecting on top edge of tiles and furniture legs at the base. Pillows were both flat in the bedroom, could not get a comfortable position. Would only rate as 3 star."
"Parking super convenient, right infront of our room and very lovely staff! The spa bath in our room was my favourite, we also enjoyed the on site resturant and easy walk to the Hunter Valley shops and gardens next door. Would highly recommend"
