The spa was the best event as well as the room's outdoor covered area. Having a bath in the middle of the room was disappointing, as well as no handles to grip onto. the bottom of bath very slippery and dangerous. On arrival we had room service of 2 wagyu burgers. They were very nice except they gave both my wife and I a very bad case of food poisoning. We wasted a full day of our 3 nights stay not being able to leave our room's toilet.

Our Chef advises burger mince is provided daily from a local supplier and is stored and prepared to industry standard with this popular menu item ordered by many guests on the same day, with no similar issue reported. I am pleased our Duty Managers removed the charge of the items from your bill in recognition of your situation. quiet and v comfortable but not true wild nature
This place is very comfortable, huge bathroom, huge room, and service is excellent - very polite and helpful. If you love golf or quietness this is for you. However, if you're looking for true nature experience go elsewhere, this is a golf course so it's a man-made environment.

We had dinner at Legends restaurant where the service and food was excellent. The whole complex was beautiful and very quiet. Very large room and bathroom. Housekeeping staff are to be complimented too.

It is overall a nice setting. The villa, however was average, lots of bugs, ants, fly screens damaged, both safes were not working. Overall, we felt it was a tad overpriced for what we received. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. The area around the room is amazing. Buffet breakfast was good with fresh fruits, continental, baked beans, mushroom, hash brown, coffee and juice. Great place for families.

Although I am not a golfer, this is a great place, and I would recommend the villas to everyone. We enjoyed our stay, the wineries are close by, and being surrounded by greenery is uplifting, the gym is nice and small, the pool is very nice too, with a small section for kids.

This is one of the best properties that I have stayed at in the Hunter. Spacious bathrooms and rooms. Decor was beautiful, staff are amazing, the property is beautiful. Will book there next time I’m in the Hunter for sure!

Bill was fantastic with awesome knowledge of the area & offered great advice. Lovely surroundings however Villa was looking tired with multiple broken tiles in the bathroom. Poorly applied silicon to the shower recess that looked like a bad rental property. Shower rose dribbled out water in a soft stream. Miss matched wine glasses to drink out of (1 red, 1 white & 2 different champagne glasses) phoned reception to get a matching pair but didn’t & wouldn’t understand my request !!!
