"This is an excellent hotel. Very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was beyond anything that I have seen. It looked brand new. Breakfast was excellent too. A variety of fresh food with fresh fruits and vegetables too. Convenient location with stores and restaurants close by. Helpful staff. Very safe Area. Improvement: This is typical for Europe, but the open shower soaks the bathroom floor. The music being played by one of the restaurants or people was very loud on Saturday night. "

Large comfortable modern room - bed was so soft and had the best night sleep here when travelling around Albania. Shower was great - great quality & lovely soft linen/bedding/towels - large balcony. Although not too much storage/drawers if staying longer. Staff were very nice & friendly. Great breakfast choice. I would 100% stay here again when I return to Vlore. 4 small things missing for me as a Irish/UK traveller - hanging hooks in the room&bathroom for bags/clothes, a long mirror, kettle/tea/coffee and a safe/safety box to store passport & money (as a reassurance no matter where I travel) "

"The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location. "
