Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We have kept our cleaning fee as low as possible ($150). This covers sanitizing, laundry, restocking, etc.
Please help us keep it low by rinsing the dishes, loading & starting the dishwasher, disposing of food left around the house, and generally picking up after yourselves.
If the home and property are left excessively dirty and/or rearranged, reasonable but additional cleaning fees may apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
