"The area was clean and the were very professional. I just had to request new paper towels and a new dish cleaning sponge ( was left over from previous visitors)."
"Wonderful staff! We were only there 3 nights, customer service was really top notch. Our room was comfortable and spacious, the hot tub was perfect after a long day, the pool is heated, also. They served pulled pork every night we were there which was a down side for us, breakfast was good.
**There is no free parking, you either have to park several blocks away at the greyhound station ($20 every time you take your car out) or you pay $40. Per day for valet at the hotel (unlimited entry/exit, but you still have to tip the customary $10 - $20 every time you drop off or pick up your car)**"
"The stay was excellent because of the staff. We were there during a giant snowstorm. The city was basically shut down. Big credit to Cody at the front desk (who I think was stuck there with us) and the others who took care of us when nothing was normal.
While standing in the lobby and looking at the craziness outside, I saw a local man who got stranded in the city when the buses shut down. His phone battery had died, his wife didn't know where he was. Cody loaned him a phone charger and let him charge up so he could call his wife, call a car, whatever. The guy ended up renting a room, but no one expected that when they loaned him the charger. I was happy to see it. Great staff.
One complaint though: Why would anyone choose The Epoch Times as the newspaper in the lobby? It's ridiculous and unseemly. Please get a real newspaper or just give up on papers altogether. Either one would be an improvement."
