From the moment we pulled up, Neil met us at the curb - what a phenomenal person to have in the position. The reception crew was great and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging by the firepits in the pool area followed by live music. Doesn't get much better... Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The hotel has great common areas and activates it with live music, cool bars (lobby and rooftop) but very relaxed and not a total scene particularly during the off season (winter). Rooms are small and fairly modest in terms of furnishings but comfortable. Great for 1 person, ok for 2 or more. Although not a business hotel at all it is actually perfect for business travel in the area; very safe and accessible but with things to do right on property for down time.

Love it here!
We stay here every year, and the service is always top tier. We booked during a busy time after the holidays and had a major household emergency that put a monkey wrench in our plans. Jack at the reservations desk was wonderfully patient in dealing with our changes. Our room was lovely—love the addition of the area rugs—bowling was awesome. The vibe here at the holidays is always fun and festive.

Great friends trip!
Our room was clean - no doubt about that. However there was trash left under the bench in the room and tape on the walls above the sink. Just small things that will not hinder any future decisions about staying there. Love the hotel! The Quad rooms are genius for friends trips.

Our Wedding stay
We booked a Panoramic Suite for our wedding weekend. There were 3 weddings in the hotel this weekend, and the staff handled everything with professionalism and a smile. The room was nice with a wonderful view of the ocean. Each room has a record player and an assortment of Vinyl to play. Cool touch.

My biggest concern was the condition od the room. For the expensive room rates, the TV was not working, the heater was blowing out cold air and the auto on/off was not working correctly, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the rooms were extremely small. There was bery little room to move around, i felt abit claustrophobic. The staff wqs very “clickie” meaning multiple staff members would group together behind the counter and did not show an interest for guests when approaching the counter for questions. The cafe food was super expensive and very small portions, i got a veggie burger and it had no greens and/or organic ingredients. Bring your own food. Its not worth the money. I will not be staying at this place in the future. Better to go to the Ocean Club for similar rates. Also, th lobby had so many outside patrons, it was very public environment, great if you want to feel like walking into a public Starbucks. Not great of you wanted to get that luxury exclusive experience for the high expensive room rates.
