Good Place

The owner could not have been more attentive and helpful. The location is walkable to the boardwalk and other typical attractions. House is equipped with loads of towels, utensils, board game and so on. This is a great place to stay and the pictures on the site are accurate. My only beef is that the inside of the house was disappointing, considering the price. That said, this may just a reflection of the market. The prices for August in Pt Pleasant this summer were just awful. Thus, I don't want to downplay how good the owner and yard truly are. But when I pay over $1000 a night, I expect a much fancier interior (like a hotel) with nice blinds, better lighting, art on the walls, modern ceiling fans, more noise insulation and those kind of attributes. And I dont expect to share a driveway with local workers--that was annoying. The pool is great. Owner is great too.

Perfect Pt. Pleasant house!

The house is in a great location, close to the boardwalk and beach but still quiet. It’s a clean house with cute beach decor. My kids loved the pool and I loved all the extras included, laundry detergent, paper towels… just nice to not have to buy every little thing when you get there! I highly recommend this house.

Point pleasant experience

The house was very well stocked. The yard is unbelievable, we all hung out in the yard every day enjoying the pool. It was in a very good location, close to everything, the boardwalk , Hoffman’s ice cream, one block to beach. Perfect shore vacation.

Wonderful property and responsive owner!

We had an amazing time at this property! The pool and backyard set up won us all over, but the house was just as good and the location is wonderful. It's a block and a half off of the boardwalk/beach but still quiet and plenty of parking. I would recommend this house for a mid-size group (6-8) and it was great for kids (play room and kids room with bunkbeds). The property owner was available and responsive 24/7 and truly wants his guests to have a great time during their stay.
