DESCRIPTION
Escape to our relaxed 1970s seaside getaway in Point Lonsdale, in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula. This Guest Favourite, hosted by an 11-year Superhost, comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. With two living areas, a kitchen, and an outdoor deck with BBQ, it’s ideal for families, groups, couples, business travellers, and weddings. Enjoy direct beach access just 200m away, close to the surf club, golf course, tennis courts, cafés, the iconic lighthouse, and a short drive to Bellarine wineries.

ABOUT PROPERTY
Step into a bright, beach house filled with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and exposed wood beams. Our space is designed for relaxation and connection, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

KEY FEATURES & AMENITIES:

LIVING AREAS
2 separate living spaces provide plenty of room for everyone. The main open-plan area combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge, features a Smart TV, and opens directly onto the outdoor deck. A second private living dining room offers additional space and flexibility. The home is fitted with heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort, plus free high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal for families, streaming, business travellers, and remote work.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
A large kitchen with a central island, fridge-freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave, and all kitchen essentials.

DINING
An indoor dining table seats 8, plus kitchen bench of 6-8 people, with additional outdoor dining on the deck for 8+ people.

BEDROOMS & LINEN
We supply bed linen, sheets, pillows and doonas, with 1 bath towel for each guest.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a private walk-in ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Double bed and a single bunk bed (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3: 2 single bunk beds (sleeps 4)

Please note:
Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. If you need extra beds, linen, or towels, kindly let us know before checking in. Additional linen use may incur extra cleaning and laundry fees.

BATHROOMS & ESSENTIALS
A private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a second bathroom with shower and bathtub, plus an additional toilet. Fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash, provided for all guests.

Amazing beach house and holiday!

A truely wonderful beach house - set up perfectly families and couples! We loved our stay. The location is fantastic, the house is very spacious, light & airy. It has a great back yard & out door spaces too. Hosts were amazing. We will definitely go back again!

Beautiful beach holiday home for family and friends

This is a beautiful family home with everything you need in it. Great location, it’s an easy walk to the shops, lighthouse and both the front and back beach. The house was perfect for my family (two small kids). Generous sized bedrooms with block out blinds, two living spaces with kids toys/books/board games, and an enclosed backyard. We would absolutely stay here again, amazing hosts!

Hello allA group of old school mates from the early 80’s (All Old Xav’s)……were playing in a golf competition at Lonsdale Golf club! The Manley Masters!We decided to stay at this house as it was located close to the Golf Course and easily accommodated 6 to 10 overweight and semi-retired over 60 year olds.The house was very clean and ideal for the 6 plus blokes staying there! The beds were fine including the bunks…Only problem was the snoring!Big smart TV and great heating!Sufficient toilets and showers for the guys!The owners were very responsive to any queries we had!I strongly recommend this place should you be looking in Point Lonsdale. CheersCJC
