This stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house has everything you need for a comfortable stay - enclosed private yard, alfresco bbq area, 2 sun decks and lounges, a fire pit seated area, that includes quality outdoor furniture, webber bbq, a solar heated pool and an outdoor hot/cold shower. An Eleora pedestal wood burner in the main living area adds ambience for winter and compliments the hydronic heating reverse cycle aircon and ceiling fans that keep the air circulating during summer especially when the doors onto the spacious front and back decks are open.

The kitchen has ample bench space, quality stainless steel appliances i.e gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge. The master bedroom has a generous ensuite with a smart tv, double vanity, walk in robe, the other three bedrooms also have built in robes. 10 minute stroll to the beach or catch up with friends for coffee in Point Lonsdale village. Rain, hail or shine there is no shortage of things to do!
