Looking for the perfect getaway? Our stunning newly renovated beachfront holiday home is just what you need! With 4 spacious bedrooms, including a bunk room and rumpus room, it comfortably fits multiple families or friend groups. Located just steps from Pohara Beach and a short stroll to the golf course and restaurants. It's the ultimate spot for relaxation and adventure.

Property is pet friendly however is not fenced.

House sleeps 11 people.

Self-Contained unit available on request as a separate charge - sleeps 2 people, please enquire with a message.

Upstairs Space:
• Features 1 super king-sized bed and 2 king-sized
beds.
• Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area for
comfort and convenience.
• Cosy lounge and upstairs patio with breath
taking bay views.
• Snuggle up by the fire on comfy couches with a
smart TV for unwinding after a day of exploring.
• Fully equipped kitchen for creating delicious
meals to share at the dining table
• Family bathroom and extra toilet.

• Bunk room with 1 set of single bunks and 1
queen-size bed with a single bunk above.
• Games room with a smart TV, perfect for sports
or movies.
• Laundry with a large fridge freezer, washing
machine, and dryer.
• Massive deck with a large new BBQ, outdoor
dining table, comfy chairs, and plenty of bean
bags.
• Outdoor hot & cold shower for rinsing off after a
swim.

• Accessible from the large deck.
• King-sized bed for a restful sleep.
• Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, toaster,
kettle, and electric fry pan.
• Shower, vanity, and toilet.
• Relax on the comfy sofa or on the deck with your
favourite book.

Overall, very good thanks. We really enjoyed the king size bed and the sound of the waves as we lay in bed. The fire was also nice to be able to relax in front of. We enjoyed the fact that been so close to the beach, the kids could come and go as they pleased.

What a gem! This holiday home is in an absolutely stunning location and the house itself is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept. It truly exceeded expectations and is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend, this place will not disappoint!
