"We booked this property for its proximity to Abel Tasman park but we’re very impressed with the standard of accommodation, the helpful and friendly staff who’d thought of everything. There were ample restaurants a short walk away and also a supermarket. "

"Nice room, a bit humid, but it is that part of the year when humidity is everywhere. Hosts were nice, Barb is simply great and caring. Parking is convenient, area is quiet and peaceful. It's a simple family like place. They offered fruits from their garden, own jams and honey. Garden is beautiful, we loved sitting and watching the sunset there."

"Worst place to stay! After a 30 day trip in all of NZ this was the worst. The food was terrible, the customer service unacceptable. I would do a day hike in the park and have the water taxi take you back to Kaiteriteri "

"Clean room, pleasant staff & fantastic location. Poor facilities. The cabin had no bedside lamp and the kitchen was spotlessly clean but very poor equipped.... no cutlery, plates or pans. If you want a beachhut to sleep for the night and are eating out it's great."
