Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"The Palace Hotel, although pricey, was worth it for location, breakfast that was included daily and the Patio Garden restaurant was excellent! The ferry doc and ticket booth were right across the street which made it easy to use the ferry to get around the lake. The staff was excellent and helping make dinner reservations, suggest nearby restaurants to try, book our private boat tour, and also booked a private transfer for us back to Milan. We were extremely impressed when a Maserati arrived for a private transfer. The room was awesome even though we did not have a view of the lake, that did not bother us since we were only using it to sleep. They advertise the room as having a double bed, the to our surprise. It was a king-size bed! Would definitely stay here again"

However, upon arrival, we were still shocked by the location: it is situated in an industrial zone rather than a residential or commercial area. Aside from the poor location, everything else was fine, especially considering the affordable price we paid."

We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
