Beautiful sea view, nice house of 180 m2, 70 m from a beach of fine white sand. A private garden (trees, flowers, vegetables, herbs ...) of 250 m2 with 5 sunbeds and outdoor lounge will allow you to sunbathe with sea view; you can at the exit of the sea bath desalinate to the outdoor shower. The house accommodates 16 to 18 people, including 16 people in its 6 bedrooms, and 2 in one of the sofas of the living room which is 32 M2. The dining room of 20 M2 while bay window will allow you to take your meals in front of the sea. 2 fully equipped kitchens will delight you. The 3 bathrooms are composed of 2 walk-in showers and the other a bath. There are 5 toilets including 3 independent bathrooms. Cosi inside a fully equipped beautifully decorated welcome you for the pleasure of everyone. Our pets are allowed.

Maison au top, fonctionnelle et idéale pour des vacances en famille/amis
Maison agréable très proche de la mer ce qui est vraiment très appréciable et la douche extérieure c’est le plus TOP
La maison est fonctionnelle, à proximité de beaux sites et belles ballades à faire
Vraiment très satisfaite de cette 1ère expérience en Corse

Excellent pour une grande famille en bord de mer
Maison très bien équipée et agréable à habiter en bord de mer (à moins de 100 mètres). La plage est belle, le lieux est calme. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances pendant 15 jours, malgré la canicule.

Superbe
Nous sommes particulièrement satisfait de notre séjour dans cette maison. Sa proximité de la mer ( environ 70m), sans avoir à traverser une route est exceptionnelle surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécié les produits ( légumes, bière etc...) mis à notre disposition le jour de l'arrivée et également son jardin avec tomates, basilic etc...Elle est également très bien équipée.
A noter l'accueil très sympathique de Mady, et sa réactivité très rapide lorsqu'une tringle d'un rideau s'est décrochée du plafond, la réparation a été faite très rapidement dans la 1/2 journée.
Si nous devons revenir en Corse avec la même composition familiale (15 personnes), sans hésitation nous retournerons dans cette maison.

Très jolie maison en bord de mer dans une résidence privée et un cadre sympathique e
La maison est chouette mais reste atypique. Elle n’est pas adaptée pour des enfants en bas âge. Nous sommes venus à 3 familles avec 3 enfants de 4 ans, 1 de 7 ans, 1 de 9 ans et 1 de 11 ans. Et cela a été compliqué pour les plus petits, d’une part parce que les escaliers sont dangereux et inutilisables pour eux, d’autres part du fait des chambres :
Certaines pièces décrites comme étant des chambres sont en réalité des parties de la véranda (qui fait quasiment le tour de la maison), séparées par de grandes bibliothèques afin de délimiter les pièces mais ne possèdent de ce fait, ni rideaux, ni volets. Impossible donc d’y faire dormir quelqu’un. Nous avons dû revoir notre organisation initiale et faire dormir les enfants sur les matelas au sol que nous avons mis dans les 2 véritables chambres de la maison possédant des volets. Le jardin n’est pas ressemblant à celui de la photo. Il est cependant entretenu mais pas forcément très agréable pour profiter. Le barbecue au Gaz nous un quelque peu déçu. Nous aurions préféré un barbecue au charbon ... ça ne donne pas le même goût aux grillades. La maison reste néanmoins très agréable. L’équipement ménager est parfait. Le futon en véranda très agréable pour une petite sieste ou se poser le soir. Et la proximité de la mer est un atout non négligeable et cette fois ci très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge.
Petit bémol : la climatisation serait la bienvenue car il faut vraiment très chaud dans les 2 chambres qui se situent chacune en haut d’un des escaliers. Impossible d’aerer Avec une seule fenêtre dans L’une d’elle. Par contre les moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre de la maison et même autour de la véranda sont vraiment très appréciable car les moustiques sont bien présents.
Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueilli par la voisine qui nous a tout bien expliquer. Par contre, un petit soucis au départ car nous n’avions pas ses coordonnées ni l’adresse précise de la maison donc nous nous sommes débrouillés comme nous avons pu pour déterminer de quelle maison il s’agissait et avons attendu prêt d’1h comme cela. La propriétaire est facilement joignable cependant. A part à ce moment là :D pas de chance.
En résumé un séjour tout de même très sympathique avec néanmoins quelques ajustements à faire. La corse reste quand même une très belle île et nos vacances étaient géniales.

Individual-Familienurlaub auf Korsika
Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist aber das außergewöhnlichste. Die Umgebung ist angenehm und nicht touristisch. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und insgesamt hatten wir ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Ideal für einen Familien-Individualurlaub: Wandern, Baden, Kochen, Kräuter, W-LAN, Jet Ski...

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questa bella casa che fa parte di un piccolo residence. La posizione è davvero favolosa, a pochi passi dal mare, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia grande e poco affollata, in una zona tranquilla. Ottima per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del riposo. Gli spazi esterni sono godibilissimi, ampi e ben arredati. Doccia esterna comodissima. Internamente tutto ben attrezzato. 3 camere con letto matrimoniale, più una veranda chiusa dove possono stare 2 persone comodamente. Poi sono presenti altri divani letto ma con limitati spazi di movimento. Noi eravamo in 9 quindi ci siamo trovati bene. Unico punto debole la presenza di un solo bagno dotato di porta e finestra. Nelle camere sono presenti i WC ma non protetti da porte. Per il resto è davvero molto bella.

Sehr gut eingerichtete und praktische Küche, sehr sauber, geräumig, aber nicht für fülligere Personen geeignet (Einzeltoilette, Zugang zu oberen Zimmern, Zugang zu hinteren Zimmern), schöner Garten (warum so nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen? Schade!), Toiletten in oberen Schlafzimmern ohne Tür - daran muss man sich gewöhnen:-), sehr angenehme Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieterin und deren "Verwalterin" vor Ort, einfache, flexible und schnelle Regelung, unweit der Fähre und zentral (aber sehr ruhig)gelegen, günstiger Ausgangsort für zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - optimal- gerne wieder!
