Apartment in a condominium on the first floor, with lift, consisting of kitchen/ living room, hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms, where there is air conditioning and a large terrace, for a total of about 56 sqm. Parking is in front of the apartment free for condos. Located in a quiet area and very easy to reach. Nearby there is a bar/ bakery, a small minimarket, a butcher shop, while the supermarket is 1.5 km away. The centre, 10 minutes walk, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, clothing shops, the clinic Siena Eye Laser, the train station for Siena, Florence, Pisa, Livorno and the bus stop for San Gimignano, Siena, Florence and in the summer periods also for the seaside resorts. There is a taxi rank in front of the train station.
