die Außenanlage mit Pool war toll, die Ferienwohnung selbst bedürfte aber einer grundlegenden Überarbeitung. Alles in die Jahre gekommen und etwas muffig in den Schränken.

Schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir waren eine Woche mit einer weiteren Familie dort. Die Wohnung war groß und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer tropfte und an den Wänden waren hässliche Flecken. Uns fiel auf, dass es sehr wenige Steckdosen gab. Erwähnenswert ist, dass es während einer starken Regenschauer in das Schlafzimmer hineingeregnet hat. Die Unterkunft punktet in Sachen Außenanlage mit dem Pool. Die Lage der Jnterkunft ist strategisch günstig für Unternehmungen ins Umland.

Tolles Anwesen mit Schönheitsfehlern

Leider war die Pumpe des Swimmingpools defekt und der Pool daher nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Insgesamt möchte ich meinen, dass der Pool schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Leider musste die Pumpe komplett ausgetauscht werden, was länger als unser 1 wöchiger Aufenthalt dauerte. In der Küche war eine Flamme des Gasherds defekt, sie zündete mit Verpuffung. Sie wurde zügig repariert. Der Vermieter hat uns zur Weinprobe eingeladen, was sehr nett war.

Steckdose des Geschirrspülers defekt. Musste improvisiert werden. Am Boden der Badetür Verletzungsgefahr. Pool war an 2 Tagen mit Algen belastet.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben zu 4 die große Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern für 9 Tage gemietet und uns super gefühlt und erholt. Es ist ein tolles Gelände mit Pool und Garten, nette andere Gäste waren vor Ort. Der Besitzer ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wein- und Ölverkostung war wunderbar. Rundum zufrieden sind wir!! Danke Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderbarer Ort mit tollem Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der großen Wohnung im 2., 3. Stock. Das Gelände und der Pool sind super, der Gadtgeber ganz sympathisch und die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir waren zu viert und auch die anderen Gäste waren sehr angenehm. Rundum sehr schön. Danke!!

Da die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt,...

Da die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt, ist es etwas schwierig den Gartenanteil zu nutzen.Die Mikrowelle gibt es nicht und einen Backofen auch nicht."Italienische" Bettwäsche, d.h. Laken und leichte Überdecke, für deutsche Verhältnisse zu kalt Reisetipps: Tatro di Silencio in Lajatica, Lari mit dem Castello oder Chianni, alles Orte, die noch nicht so überlaufen sind, wie San Gimigniano etc. Der Tarotgarten von Niki de Saint Phalle in der Südtoskana (ca. Stunden Fahrt) ist immer eine Reise wert
